Deliveries to Italy is Free and to EU countries is Free over 250€.
Most packages arrive in 2 working days.
We ship with GLS and leave your company in 48 hours.
During sales orders could be sent in 3/4 days from the date of the order.
On an average control GLS takes 24/48 hours to deliver in Italy. It takes from 2 to 6 days for delivery in Europe and other countries.
You will receive a TRACKING code confirming your order so you can keep track of the delivery.
* Due to custom costs and big delays, our company has decided to avoid shipments to Switzerland.
For countries outside the EU please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
** Please note that any customs duty required by non EU countries must be paid by the customer.

The name and size of the garment to be returned or exchanged
Reasons for returning or changing the item
State if you wish to have a refund or an exchange
You will then be able to receive an e-mail address. The shipping charges are on the customer's side.
You may return or change one or more items within 30 days from the date you receive the goods. Please ensure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them along with tag.
Odette Florence reserves the right to refuse to exchange or exchange any items after this four days, or garments that are returned in the same condition as they were received.
We refund the amount you pay for the returned goods within 48 hours after receiving the parcel.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside the EU)
Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.
Please keep in mind that what you pay online for your order does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return your package to us, you will not be issued with a refund when the package is received by us - you will be issued store credit for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid.
