SHIPPING & RETURNS
Standard shipping within European Union is free. We ship Monday through Friday, and orders will typically ship within 72 hours. It takes from 2 to 6 days for delivery. You will receive a tracking code confirming your order so that you can keep track of the delivery.
Shipping outside of the EU zone is 30 euro.
In light of current events, all orders may experience shipping delays; we appreciate your patience during this time.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order you can return it within 14 days. Please email email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your package with your intention to return your order. Please note that if we don’t receive an email from you within 14 days of receipt, your order may not be eligible for return. If you do intend to return your order, please keep the items in the box in its original condition (with tags on) to ensure you’ll be able to send it back.

Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and that shipment must be traceable through a tracking code.
Lucina reserves the right to refuse to refund any items after this fourteen days period, or garments that are not returned in the same condition as when they were received.
We will refund the amount you pay for the returned goods within 48 hours after receiving the parcel.
Please note we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
